Mac-n-Cheese as intended: simple goodness, served hot and gooey. It's a warm, creamy deliciousness of simple cheeses - This was NOT a stinky plate of 8 different cheese blends one smellier the next. My fork was in her plate so often that she ultimately slid her piping hot dish to the middle of the table. I, not being a huge Mac-n-cheese fan, can usually be counted on to leave my wife's plate alone. Test #2: My wife ordered the mac-n-cheese. Sandwiched on an old fashioned hamburger bun, accompanied with chips. Whatever it was, it was fresh and delicious. There's nothing worse than charring a perfectly good piece of meat - not even chop-meat. It was the best burger I've eaten in years including those made on my own BBQ. Not over seasoned, Not over dressed, Not over the top. GREAT Hamburger!! Fresh, quality meat, prepared to perfection. Do NOT offer a hamburger if you are not ready to be graded! Every kitchen prepares their burger in their own way, so it truly is a test of what to expect on your next visit. My 1st time to any new eatery I always order a burger - I don't love burgers, but it's a classic and must be mastered by every kitchen who offers it.
